The routes

All our routes can be tailored for varying abilities. It is possible for some members of a group to cycle the complete course, whilst others are picked up and driven over part of the route, meeting up at set points along the way.

Family rides

There are many flat and quiet routes in Purbeck ideal for families with younger children. Some of these are located in the beautiful forests in the area, others consist of easy cycling along quiet roads in picturesque scenery where you can just relax and take it easy.

General / intermediate rides

Still suitable in many cases for families, our intermediate rides take in some of the more elevated routes, where a little effort is rewarded with spectacular views along the Purbeck Hills, Poole Harbour or out towards the celebrated Jurassic Coast and its un spoilt bays and cliffs. For the tougher climbs it is possible to get picked up by our support vehicle and get taken to the top for the exhilarating descent.

Experienced rides

Involving greater distances or more challenging terrain, our routes for experienced riders bring the whole of Purbeck within reach. There are hundreds of great rough track and off-road rides with terrain varying from sand, heathland, stone, mud and pebble... in fact nearly every kind of surface imaginable, and with many of these rides taking place during the quieter months, you'll be rewarded with an experience few others can boast.
